I see intimacy as both an art and a science, shaped by experience, emotion, and understanding.I offer a professional and confidential space where you can speak openly about love, desire, sex, loneliness, heartbreak, and shame.Consultations are conversational and reflective. Together, we take time to understand what you are experiencing and to bring clarity to your relational, emotional, and sexual life.Each consultation is tailored to your situation, your pace, and your questions.When appropriate, I collaborate with medical and mental health professionals to support integrated care.

WHAT I SUPPORT

People reach out at different moments in their relational or intimate life, sometimes in difficulty, sometimes out of curiosity, or simply with the wish to understand their body or themselves better.I support individuals and couples navigating questions related to intimacy, sexuality, and relationships. This may include experiences of loss of desire, difficulties with arousal or pleasure, emotional disconnection, recurring relational patterns, or moments of transition such as separation, new relationship structures, or intercultural dynamics.Some clients come with questions around identity, sexual orientation, or the wish to explore intimacy in ways that feel more authentic to them. Others seek support when intimacy feels confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to express in words.My practice is also attentive to neurodiversity and to people who experience communication, sensory perception, or emotional intensity differently. Together, we explore ways of relating and experiencing intimacy that respect individual rhythms, boundaries, and ways of being.

I offer professional support for adults and couples navigating questions of intimacy, relationships, and sexuality.My work brings together clinical sexology, psychological insight, and reflective dialogue. Consultations provide a calm and structured space where experiences related to love, desire, identity, and relational patterns can be explored with care and nuance, particularly when intimacy feels complex, intense, or difficult to articulate.Having lived and worked across cultures, I frequently support expatriates and intercultural couples, as well as individuals who experience relationships, communication, or sensory and emotional dynamics in ways that do not always fit conventional expectations.Alongside clinical consultations, I also work as an Intimacy Coordinator for theatre and performing arts, supporting artists and creative teams around consent and communication in performance contexts.

My academic and professional training includes:• Human Sexual Health• Couples & Sex Therapy• Neurodiversity & Women’s Health• Philosophy & Ethics• Positive Psychology• Classical Music and the ArtsMy multidisciplinary background informs my understanding of the complexity of human experience, integrating psychological, relational, philosophical, and embodied perspectives.I continue my professional education in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I am currently completing further training in Sexual Medicine, supporting an approach grounded in both scientific knowledge and lived human experience.
